A History of Dedicated Service

Our story began during owner and president Devon Gray’s time serving in the United States Air Force. Not only did the military teach him the value of discipline, hard work, and personal responsibility, it kindled an interest in process and operations management that he brought with him into the private sector.

Devon quickly observed that the contracting and construction industry was particularly weak in terms of operational efficiency and took advantage of the opportunity to take the skills and knowledge he honed in the Air Force and apply them in a business context.
